Robert Warren, Q.C.
Robert Warren has practiced criminal law as a prosecutor and defence counsel for 50 years. He is also a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Law Society of Nunavut.
Thomas Pittman, LL.B
Thomas Pittman is a criminal defence counsel and former Crown prosecutor. He comes with over thirty years of trial experience. He is also a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Criminal Lawyers’ Association.
Andrew McKay, LL.B
Andrew grew up in the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia before moving to Toronto and joining the Toronto Police Service. After 15 years of policing the downtown Toronto area, Andrew transitioned from policing to a career in law. After articling with the Special Prosecutions Branch of the Ministry of the Attorney General, Andrew became a prosecutor in the Downtown Toronto Crown Attorney’s Office before joining the defence bar where he represents clients investigated or charged with all criminal offences.
Andrew is routinely retained by police associations to represent police officers under investigation or charged with criminal or regulatory offences. Andrew has also been called upon to train government officials on regulatory matters including labour and Occupational Health and Safety Act matters.
When not busy with his practice, he can be found on the golf course or the hockey arena as he is an avid sports enthusiast.
